On the VLC Website it says VLC supports WIndows XP SP3 and above.
However the lastest Version I can get to run is Vetinari.
In the most recent version it says a program entry point was not found.
What am I doing wrong?

Known issue with v3.0.21 release which should be fixed in the next release.
