Have a new Surface Pro 11 (Plus, not Elite).
VLC 64 bit in emulation mode is working fine.
Latest daily VLC Windows ARM 64 is not working.
I downloaded and installed the .exe... it paused for a few minutes during installation, then completed.
First time I tried to run it nothing seemed to happen.
2nd time I ran as administrator. It came up, but I couldn't get any videos to play.
I realize the tablet is just released.
Hopefully we'll get a native version of my favorite media player working.
