VLC Player version 3.0.21 sometimes hanging when positioning the video to another time
From time to time my VLC Player (latest version of june 2024) sometimes locks when playing H265 videos when I position the movie to another time in the video. What can be the cause of this ? it can also happen when playing X264 videos but less often. For example when starting a video from 0 minutes I position the video to 40 minutes . (so 40 minutes further in time). I had the same problem with previous versions of VLC Player . I have windows 11 24H2 and is working stable (with other programs)
