Casting videos on tv with VLC

Good morning everyone,

I have got a bit of a problem with VLC (the video reader which I so FAR prefer) …. I solved it using Windows Media Player !!!, but I'd like to continue using VLC if possible :

I want to read my videos on tv and the interface of VLC shows these functianalities :

WMP interface shows that :

In other words : there is no functionality in VLC's interface allowing me to cast videos on tv !, why ?
(Note that, about one year ago, when I was working with W10, this functionality was present)
