BLU-Ray working on all disk except one

I am running 3.0.20 on Windows 10.

All Blu-Ray disks, except one, play fine through VLC.

I have just bought a copy on "Time Tunnel" on BluRay and the menus don't display the episodes.
on all the other BluRay disks I have tried I can select particular chapters from the menus.

I mouse click on the disk option and nothing happens . If I keyboard tab to the disk menu option, always and only the first episode plays.

If I play the Blu_ray disk on a stand-alone Blu-Ray player, it allows me to select a particular episode / chapter.

Can anyone diagnose why menu navigation/ selection isnt working on this disk on VLC?
