How to separate the playlist and controls from main window (where the video is playing)?

Postby contrafoco » 17 Jan 2024 07:22

Hello everyone. I'm trying to find how can I play a video and keep the main window (where the video is playing) separate from the playlist and controls. More specifically what I'm trying to do is to drop the window where the video is playing to a second screen while keeping the controls and playlist in the main screen. While I can do this in my mac version of VLC, I cannot do it on my windows one :(

Any ideas? Thank you!

Menu View -> Docked Playlist

Return to “VLC media player for Windows Troubleshooting”
