I have a SSD hard drive, and I was told to make sure that all software I install goes there (in the downloads' folder) rather than the(C:\Program Files
When I install VLC it automatically goes into the(C:\Program Files
Can you help?

Run the installation file and during the setup process you will see the following window for selecting your preferred installation folder.
