VLC no longer remembers where the video playback left off
Good afternoon. Right off the bat, VLC has stopped remembering the location of the video when closing the program. Until recently I was doing it, but not anymore, and I have the option to always continue playback checked in the interface section. What I can do?

Reset the preferences (the manual way) then set the Continue Playback option back and try again:
