This very annoying issue in VLC in Windows.

So I have an issue in VLC in Windows. When I exit full screen mode, the window was shown to be restored down instead, and the shadow was missing, and I cannot drag the window, although I can click out of the window, and buttons still work, and the video stills play normally. How do I stop this from happening? Thanks!

What is your OS ?
But that looks like a graphics card driver issue, or maybe something is managing your windows.

The issue might be related to the windows shadows option:
