Only certain discs will play

I am trying to play a disc, so I clicked Media > Open Disc > Disc > Play, and there was an error.

The logger also said:

I'm not sure of what any of this means. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Download the libdvdcss file from here and place it in the vlc directory at C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\

In vlc click Media ---> Open Disc. DVD should already be selected, but if it isn't select it and click Play. If you still get the error, repeat and in the disc menu checkmark "No disc menus" and then click Play.

I tried that, downloaded it and put it in the right spot. Unfortunately it was still giving me an error, and the message was this: https://pastebin.com/SqAkvJKw

Thanks for the help though, I'm really not sure why it still won't play the DVDs.

Is your DVD drive internal or external?
