VLC won't play more than 10 seconds of network streams

I recently built a new PC and put VLC on it to watch some network stream, I only get about 10 seconds of any network streams before VLC stops the stream. If I have multiple streams queued up it just hops to the next in the playlist. If I press play on the stream it starts again but only runs for around 10 seconds and stops again.

Some troubleshooting:
Uninstalled VLC and wiped all preferences then reinstalled.
Disabled firewall and A/V
Tested the streams on other PC's on the LAN and they work fine

Hello,

According to logs, VLC reaches END of STREAM. Could you try to reproduce with another player with the same PC ?

It look like an issue on your PC...

What other player can I use for network stream? Ive only ever used VLC

Please open Tools -> Messages (set Verbosity to 2) before you start the playback, and then paste the full resulting log here or on Pastebin.com if it's too long.

We do need the FULL log, from the very beginning to the very end.

SMPlayer is a reasonably good alternative for testing purposes: https://www.smplayer.info/en/info

Issue happen with SMPlayer too, so it would seem to indicate the system is the problem not VLC

Truncating the URLs doesn't help us because that's where the player fails, when redirecting.
From what I can see I think your links are protected by some token which can't propagate through the player.

The live streams I'm using are geolocked so I can't share those, but trust me I'm playing live streams every day with VLC and they work fine.
You can test with some Youtube live streams, like the NASA live stream which is playing fine with VLC:
