Online network-stream missing track-/titel-info

I'm listening to radio via the web-stream
https://orf-live.ors-shoutcast.at/fm4-q2a (from the official site https://orf-live.ors-shoutcast.at/)
or save it as .XSPF and open the file with VLC 3.0.16.

While other players (tested with WINAMP) show track-info, VLC fails to do so.

Is this broken behavior or can anyone point me in the right direction in case I am missing something?

Nearly 2 years later I'm still experiencing the same problem.

You are right, this seems to be the exact same problem.
If you know to look for Icy-Metadata, you find reports pretty fast - thank you for the info!
