Can't Combine Videos

I'm trying to combine video clips into one video...but it doesn't work. I followed directions that say to add multiple files, but nothing happens. It only converts the first file out of the bunch.

I'm trying to combine videos in VLC, but it's not working. When I click open multiple files the source box and the destination file box both say “multiple files selected.” and won’t let me change anything.

I've read that you can do this with the windows photo app, but mine isn't working. I open it, and it opens, but then it closes a couple of seconds later.

Any ideas ?
