Why there is a lag when watching a video on VLC?
When I watch a video on VLC via wireless Bluetooth headphones, I experience this lag in audio and video. But when I am streaming videos online, I don't see any. What's the matter here? Is this my system issue or VLC media player's?

Try installing a nightly build. Version 3.0.15 has proven to be the solution to the lag in the latest release version which is 3.0.14. You can get it from here: https://nightlies.videolan.org/
Here's a couple of similar examples to your own where installing the 3.0.15 nightly has resolved the issue.
