Vertical scroll worked fine previously, but now it does the exact same thing as the horizontal scroll setting, ignoring the vertical scroll setting altogether.
Also, when updating and upon choosing to keep my user settings, those were most definitely not kept.
Vertical scroll isn't working (3.0.12 Vetinari)
