Old issue, new thread

Postby kookykrazee » 16 Dec 2020 09:16

Okay, It has been...well a long long time, since I think I last posted.

I used to have a thread that showed me how to do this, but alas, it has been years and I am not sure where it went and I did try and search.

I have 2 shortcuts that I created that load a folder on a media drive.

The Target is "C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe" "E:\Stuff\Media"

This loads the main folder, but not subfolders and, for the most part this works for one folder and 90% of the files are in that main folder, but the other shortcut has 20-30 subfolders and they have some more subfolders.

I just recently did a new W10 Pro install after some extremely bad system issues. It is running great now, but the same short cuts are not working.

Any idea how to get them to not only load the main files but the subfolders via the shortcut also?
