VLC 3.0.10 Crash in JPG with Win10

Hi all,

VLC 3.0.10 totally crashes when playing JPG with Win10 build 1909.
( Tested from 2.2.6 up to 3.0.10 )
I had tried :
Input -> Hardware accelerated -> Disable.
No luck as well. Zero success.

I hope this will be fixed in the next build. At the moment, I had to look for an alternative way.
