VLC problems message "vlc media player just crashed

Hi
VLC shows me "Ooops: VLC media player just crashed. Would you like to send a bug report to the developers team?" If I open the file with double click or directly it closes if i open the file from VLC when playing some videos, only some.
It gets blocked and I can't even close it.
I have tried other players and they look smooth.
I have looked at the video card drivers and they are updated.
I have tried to uninstall VLC and reinstall it and the problem continues.
VLC is updated to the latest version.
I have tried to change the video output to openGL and nothing.
I have tried to change in hardware acceleration the codecs to directx and nothing.
I have downloaded the video several times in case it was broken and it continues to give problems apart from other players playing it without problem
And I have to force finish task to be able to close vlc because it won't let me do anything and reopen it.

Can somebody help me?

I can't reproduce this with any VC-1 file I've tried.
Try to disable/enable GPU acceleration:
https://wiki.videolan.org/WindowsFAQ-2.0.x#H.264.2FMPEG-4_AVC_or_VC-1_playback_is_full_of_image_errors

You can also try to enable or disable some video options such as Overlay and/or Hardware YUV -> RGB conversions.
