VLC 3.0.10 buffering IceCast audio

Hi everyone, my first post here to try to solve a simple issue.
I'm streaming audio using Butt to a IceCast2 Server and using VLC media player on Windows as a listener over internet.
After a time, the delay between source and listeners are extremaly high (8 seconds):

How to limit this using vlcrc file? What parameters should I change?

I can play many IceCast Station in the VLC-Player 3.0.10 (64-Bit) under Windows 10 without any audio-issues.
Did you test other IceCast Station in the VLC-Player?
