Volume scroll is very slow

I am using VLC 3.0.8 in Windows 10. Recently, when I try to scroll the volume with the mouse wheel, it is extremely slow (only on VLC, not on other apps). I'm not sure what the problem is, the volume scrolled fine before and it wasn't so slow.

hello, me too, It happens when we change subtitles delay or even buffering for network videos.

Ce problème survient à chaque fois lorsque l'on modifie le retard/avancement des sous-titres (+1000ms etc). Il survient également lorsque par exemple, on change la mise en cache d'une vidéo (ouvrir un flux réseau) en passant de 1000 à 10 000 ms (exemple). Cela fait déjà un moment que ce souci existe.

Make sure that audio output is "Default" and keep volume between 0 and 100% (increase master volume if necessary).
