Is it possible to transfer music from my PC to an MP3 Player ?

Hi Gary,
Yes, but this may not be a "VLC" topic... I think VLC is not designed for moving files around -- I think it's just a media player. I have never tried using VLC for file management (except metadata on a single file).

I would first simply try using your computer's file explorer. In Windows, the file explorer software is called "Windows Explorer" and is built-in to the operating system.

Connect your MP3 player to your PC (or remove its memory card and use a card reader connected to your PC).
Open your source folder in one window.
Then open an additional window containing your destination folder.
Copy and paste whatever files and folders you wish.
