I have for sometime tried to alter Videos by changing HUE, BRIGHTNESS, CONTRACT, ETC.
I am able to adjust those parameters during the SHOWING of the video but have never been able to SAVE it for permanent.
I understood VLC was able to preform this function by using: MEDIA/CONVERT/SAVE to SAVE my alterations of "Effect and Filters".
Anyone know how?
