What New Features does Version 3 Have?

I downloaded and installed VideoLan version 3.xx. I was using 2.2.8.

1. Where can I find information on new features?
2. Is there something like a user manual that I can read?

Hi, on https://www.videolan.org/developers/vlc-branch/NEWS you have the whole release note for each revision, but if you want to know the pending changes for the revision-to-come, you have to use the file on the git branch here https://git.videolan.org/?p=vlc.git;a=blob;f=NEWS;hb=HEAD
