VLC Player and codecs

Some other player software install quite a bit of extra codecs, all separately.

Like:
01. AC3Filter
02. Bass Audio Decoder
03. DirectVobSub
04. ffdshow
05. FFMPEG Core Files
06. Haali Media Splitter
07. LAV Filters
08; MadVR
09. MPC Audio Filters
11. 3DYD Youtube Source
12. DCoder Image Source
(and maybe other stuff I don't know of)

Just curious to know: how is this with VLC Player for Windows?

VLC uses its own internal built-in codecs.
