VLsub with last update not working

I have open a movie then go to VLsub and hit search by hash it takes some time then a non responsive popup shows saying me to kill the process i HIT yet, in the mean time I found 17 results for subtitles.

when I select a few or even 1 subtitle from list and hit download selection then it goes non responsive and I have to force close it. this was working fine before this updates, i dont know if VLC guys have roasted this feature??

am i the only one getting this issue? if so whats the steps to debug and fix it??/

Hi,

Your logs might help

To help you, we need messages, to completely understand what your problems is.
To fix this, please be sure before you start the playback to:

1. Open: Tools -> Messages.
2. Set Verbosity to 2
3. Start playback to reproduce your issue
4. Save text in a file or copy into clipboard
5. Then paste the full resulting log here between [​code]and[​/code] (or use Pastebin.com if it's too long)

Also don't forget to name your Operating System and provide the VLC media player version.

Instead of "before you start the playback", please read "Before you start VLsub and search for subtitles"

windows 10, vlc 3.0.4
same issue, but, as dialog window - extension not responding, (vlsub), is in endles loop, i tryd to clic and download sub file, that stops everything vlc. including the messages thing above. my messages detail as follows:

at this point vlc stopped, ~~ task manager, end task to end vlc... so, any help?

Same exact problem for me, except sometimes (like today) the Search window never opened.

I also have this problem on Ubuntu 18.04.

With VLsub 0.10.2 it also never opens the window and I get

Interestingly, the plugin can open if you dont open a movie file first. This is not a workaround though, since name search doesnt work from there, and it is not how I want to use it regardless.

On VLsub 0.11 the plugin opens but when you click search by hash, nothing happens and the messages read
