No audio

Hi, VLC is unable to play any audio (except Mpeg2 and files with audio mp3 only), regardless if speakers or headphones. Never happened in the past. Just as a sample, video downloaded from facebook: no audio.
What should I do? I dont see warnings messages.

perhaps I could post the mediainfo infos of working and not working files? (even if they seem exactly the same: mpeg4+ aac lc)

Could it be that you have multiple audio devices (maybe a virtual one?) and that VLC uses it? Is the device selected in Audio -> Audio Devices the correct one?

Could you check that the audio track is indeed selected in Audio -> Audio Track ?

Audio Track : a) Disable ; b) Track 1 (selected track 1).

Predefinito = default = Creative headphones, as always from year 2014 (changing between all the devices available do not resolve the problem).

To help you, we need messages, to completely understand what your problems is.
To fix this, please be sure before you start the playback to:

1. Open: Tools -> Messages.
2. Set Verbosity to 2
3. Start playback to reproduce your issue
4. Save text in a file or copy into clipboard
5. Then paste the full resulting log here between [​code]and[​/code] (or use Pastebin.com if it's too long)

Also don't forget to name your Operating System and provide the VLC media player version.

If it may be helpful I add a log of ffplay.exe too, just if the issue may be similar with VLC:
