InTheWings thank You for the Hint with Subtitle.

I prefer to change the advanced VLC-Preferences for "Autodetect subtitle files".
In the Menue / Tools / advanced Preferences / Video / Subtitle-OSD disable "Autodetect subtitle files".
Save the Changes and restart the VLC-Player.

This solution help me to play the *.ts-Video with the VLC-Player.

Hope there is a better Way to manage Subtitles in *.ts-Videos for the next VLC-Versions.
