Screencap Color Problem

Postby smokingloon4 » 19 Jan 2019 09:46

Hi, I'm using VLC 3.0.6 on Windows 10. When I use VLC's built-in snapshot tool, the resulting image files (I've tried both png and jpg) have very different color from the actual image in the video. It looks like they've been seriously desaturated, or had some sort of heavy grey filter applied. I've never had this problem before on my old laptop, which is running the same version of VLC, even though the relevant VLC settings are all the same program defaults on both machines as far as I can tell. Any help figuring out what the problem is and how to fix it would be appreciated.
