Shortcut not loading folders

Hi all, been a while since I have been around. VLC has worked great for me, overall. Just in the past few days, I have run into an issue, I am not sure about.

I have a shortcut created so that when I open VLC it loads a handful of folders (which then me a "current" list of media files) and expands the subfolders.

I have been using 4.x nightly builds for 4k playback, but have tried a variety of things and only partial loading happens, then stops.

Here is the shortcut path:

"C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe" "E:\#Media\TV" "G:\#Media\Movies" "G:\#Media\Toons" "G:\#Media\Videos"

Has something changed with the syntax?
