I was updating to 3.01 but canceled out. It seems there's no way to simply keep whatever file associations I set up laboriously a few years ago. What am I missing please?

It should not change them, if you just update.

That’s what I would hope. But I’m sure I came to a dialog showing ALL enabled, with the only options being to disable ALL and then presumably set individually. Where is the option to KEEP?
