Streaming reading problem

Good afternoon

I did'nt find clear information about my problem

I try to read a streaming flux (IPTV).

It work but every +/- 30 second, the flux freeze and start again sometime with a little return back (a few second).

I try to increase the caches, no changes.

Is it my computer, my connection or the streaming flux ???

Is it a way to monitor the flux to see what appens ?

Please try with VLC 3.0.0 nightly build, a recent one.
