unable to play a video..

i'm not able to play this:

i got no error by vlc but it won't start playing..

if i put in ijn my browser,ff 54.0.1 i can view it without problems..
win 10 home 64bit creators update vers 1703 64bit
vlc last 2.2.6...

other users with same config of my pc are able to play it without any problems..
why!?..
where is my fault..??
pls reply like talking with a new born child cause i'm really not an expert at all..!!

i found the matter:
gnutls error: Certificate does not match "tafb.brontes.feralhosting.com"

so how to set vlc in order to play and accept this video..??..what have i to do in its tools config..??
