Thanks, i know many people is in our situation but they are not all registered or published the problem in internetSame for me here...
Hello, sorry for my late answer, there is no log, becouse is not a error :ONothing happened? Can you share your logs, please?
Yes i imagine mate, it happend usually in forums, like phone assitance or fixing problems with pc... is very easy to ask, but to spend your time answering people... you have to have good knowledge first, and second be generous for spend your time fixing problems of the people....Stay cool.Often on this ''official'' VLC forum, many questions remain unanswered.Me, for example, I asked much more questions than I received answers.
It's even worse on the French forum.
Okay mate good answer, but still weird that a "bug" cause it to many people and other no... if i would be the developer company, at the firsts reports i would find the solution asap becouse i think is one of the stronger point of vlc 3.0Ok.Let's recap your problem.
When you go to video/renderer/scan..,Your chromecast device is detected by VLC.But the contents of your video is not displayed on your TV.
Is that right? If so, I do have the same problem. As you know VLC 3.0 is in progress right now. It's known to be buggy.
In my case I'm following all the new nightly releases and I just downloaded the latest dated Sept ,28 .It still does not work.
Just do the same ,on a regular basis to see what happens.
