vlc with sdl on pocketpc 2003 problem

Postby skychaser » 14 Nov 2005 10:15

Does any one successfully build vlc on pocketpc 2003 with --enable-sdl ?

Currently I can use the cross-compiler to build a version without sdl support on pocketpc 2003, but I want to use sdl and can't build the vlc I want.

In fact, I just want to build the SDL library on the arm/wince device. But the SDL source (using cross compiler) doesn't support the target as "arm-wince" and I failed after a lots of configure parameters' trying.

Therefore, I turn to vlc and want to use the SDL library it builded. Can anyone give me some clues ? Thanks a lot ~~~

Now also supported directly from the source http://www.libsdl.org/download-1.2.php (I'v tested it with VS2005)
