VLC and Secunia PSI 3.0

Today Secunia PSI told me that VLC needs updating, only problem being that I already have latest VLC but still PSI wanted to update VLC even after downloading VLC (64bit) and installing it (after uninstaliing PSI VLC-installation and my own installation). Any idea what's the thing?

Latest VLC version is 2.2.4. If that's what you have, then the problem is not with VLC. You need to contact the third party application vendor if you want support.

I have 2.2.4 and Secunia wanted to install same version (dunno if 32 or 64 bit version since I don't see anywhere any info which version it is). Contacting Secunia is nice idea but getting response is different thing.
