I want to show all videos 800 x 800 on the player screen

Windows 10 | VLC v2.2.1

I've read all the posts I could find here related to this, including my own. Didn't find the solution for the current version. I want the player screen to show any size video at 800 x 800. Your help is appreciated - Best, IM

PS Thanks to all the participants here for their help, and to the VLC team for this wonderful program!
