Lost video connection

Postby robfwoods » 14 Jun 2015 09:54

I have mp4s that have previously watched just fine - now they have lost the video connection - audio plays fine.

No problem with most other mp4s.

Re-installed 2.2.1 - kept prefs - no help.

Uninstalled and reinstalled - kept prefs - no help.

Am able to watch with Miro - but would prefer to use VLC.

Any suggestions? Thanks

(using Windows 8 )

That's supposed to say Windows 8

Seems the digit '8' followed by close parenthesis ')' produces an emoticon
