crashes at converting vlc 2.2.1

Postby petiteGMT » 25 May 2015 13:36

Is there anyway to get the older version?
That version worked great. This one isn't a better one. It has always crashed every time after getting video to convert. The other converted just fine. I have no clue what is wrong. I uninstalled it, because unless it can do that, it's useless to me. I don't understand why one version was able to do something that is one of its functions, and did it with no issues, now every time it crashes.

i have now 2.2.1 and I did not save the previous. This is frustrating and exhausting.
I have windows 7 pro 64 bit. Does this just not work wit 64 bit? I read the faq as to what to do, it does not directly address this but I did what it said. It was no help.
thanks in advance for any help.
