why post questions. Nobody answers

Postby petiteGMT » 19 May 2015 01:17

I have uninstalled, re-booted, re-installed. It still crashes after I get the video all set up to be converted.
I read the faq for this specific problem. I have done all it says to do about deleting %appdata% and that doesn't help. I am not sure what settings it should be on, other than jpg for photos.

This is very depressing. How can anyone truly use this software? There is nobody helping or answering the forums here.

I have windows 7 64 bit, and when this worked, it was great software. I am sure the first version I had downloaded for me which came from CNET was so tainted that it gave me a virus, or malware and has caused me a world of misery that I am still fixing. But this worked for a good while. After all that grief the developers could answer a qurstion and give a few options of what to try.
Mind you, it is just video -- not audio.
