Loading A LIbrary into VLC

Can anyone please be so kind to give me the steps to load the libbluray into VLC, there are no clear instructions how to accomplish this?
I am uing VLC 2.1 but it did not play my disc
Tried loading the aacs libdill file but got this:
Blu-ray error:
No valid processing key found in AACS config file.
Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'bluray:///D:/'. Check the log for details.

I am running the 32 bit version.
I wouldn't be posting this if the instructions were more clear on the matter, though I don't know why I even --please stay polite-- bother
