Yes!

- I use Windows 7 and vista.
- The checkbox 'Integrate video in interface' is not selected.
- Video will play in a window with decoration.
- This window has a headline with a close-button.
- This button does not work, not in Win7 and not in Vista.
- It works under version 2.0.8 and earlier.

Yeah, that's a different behaviour than in the past. I'm not sure it is a bug though...

If that is not a bug, then why is the X-button active?

- I use Windows 7 and vista.
- The checkbox 'Integrate video in interface' is not selected.
- Video will play in a window with decoration.
- On the right side of the headline are three typical buttons, one for minimization and one for maximization and one for closing the window.
- The close-button does not work, not in Win7 and not Vista.
- It works under version 2.0.8 and earlier.

I am not writing a bug report more.

For example, the bug report # 10409:

This bug report was closed, although the bug is not fixed.

I can not create a snapshot in TIFF format neither Win 7 nor on Vista.

Work status: Not started

That's totally untrue. The developer reports why he thinks this is fixed.

@kodela: Now running vlc, 64-Bit, Ver 2.1.3, and tiff files cannot be opened by Photoshop, Windows 8 Photo Viewer, and Paint. JPEG and PNG work great!

Interesting that jb closed the ticket, but didn't show where the fix is.
