problem with video from avermedia card c027

Hi

I try to watch and stream tv from dvb-c by avermedia card c027 ( hdmi). In avermedia center video is ok but in vlc (2.1.3) there is some problem.
I change system, aspect ratio but it don't help. Thanks for any help

Have you tried disabling overlay or changing the video output module? See here:

Yes i tried this options.
Now is a little bit better: i changed system from pal-b/d to ntsc and size to 720x480. As output i have windows gdi now.
After this change video twitch, shake.
