Hello,
I updated VLC to version 2.1.2 while watching a DVD. Once it was installed, VLC wouldn't play the DVD any longer. I opened up my computer, and it no longer detects that there is a DVD in the disc drive. Restarting the computer did not resolve the issue. Furthermore, Windows Media Player no longer works. Is there anything I can do to resolve these issues?
I am running Windows 7.

Switch to version 2.0.8 or open the folder of the drive.
