Nightly cannot be installed: Unable to elevate error

Hi, the installation script seems to be broken for the latest nightly.
I am getting the error: "Unable to elevate"

The following one are broken for me:
broken x64: vlc-2.2.0-git-20131227-0402-win64.exe
broken x32: vlc-2.2.0-git-20131229-0003-win32.exe

The last working one for me was:
good x64: vlc-2.2.0-git-20131224-0405-win64.exe

my configuration is Win8.1 x64

Experienced the exact the same problem with 27th and 26th and 25th X64 builds (did not try the X32 builds). Failed to elevate - never gets beyond the unpacking sequence - the .exe install package - the msi package appeared to work for the 27th build but i got the command line interface when i ran VLC so I uninstalled (that is not a familiar environment for VLC and I). I successfully installed the X64 build of the 24th .exe install package.
