ok..so I grabbed the zipped version of vlc 2.1.1 today, and unzipped it, changed the folder icon like I always do, yunno..so it has the vlc cone icon..
loaded the program, right clicked on its bar on the task bar to pin it, and there is no right click functionality whatsoever. right clicking on vlc 2.1.1 on the task bar does nothing.
to troubleshoot, I unpinned vlc 2.1.0, and tried pinning 2.1.1 and it did zip, so I loaded 2.1.0 and right clicked it on the taskbar, and was able to pin 2.1.0
I have no idea whats going on here.
