http without a password

Postby rocket777 » 31 Oct 2013 09:20

I've been running software for years to control vlc using the http interface.

Now, the new versions insist on a password. Is there a way to override this? I don't need any security, it's a home lan and I'm the only user.

Edit the http Lua interface script.
