Hi folks,
I wonder if anyone else has had this issue? I've downloaded VLC 2.1.0 after the Windows 8.1 update, and a curious thing is going on. VLC will run, but it opens it's own command line window, in which the only thing I can do is type "help", and all of the controls are then displayed in that window. However, the listed keyboard controls don't work. The player will play and pause (I opened it by clicking on a video in my file I wished to play), but won't stop, FF or REW, won't close. Player interface controls effectively not working. Can only get it to close by shutting down the command line window.
Thoughts?
