question about volume

Hi

i set volume at 300% ->Tools -> Preferences (Show settings: All) Interface > Main interfaces > Qt

i have 2 questions
1)
the max is 300% ,is not it?
i tried to push at 400 without luck

2)
i can't ripe up the volume at 300 with the mouse wheel
moving the mouse wheel i can go between from 0 to 200 but not at 300

why?

Because, it is 200% as max. Note that the 200% in 2.1.0 correspond to 400% in 2.0.0 (and prior) versions
