2.1.0-rc1 has same bug as 2.0.5-2.0.8

With multi-monitors, VLC forgets the monitor it was last displayed on and reverts to monitor 1, so that users can no longer have VLC automatically open on monitors 2, 3, 4, or higher.

This previous post has the repro steps:

Jean-Baptiste said that the bug was in the version of Qt4 version that was being used, so I thought I'd post this as a heads-up that the version of Qt4 used in 2.1.0-rc1 apparently still has the same bug. I'm not sure how or where (VLC or Qt?) to submit this as a bug report, so I thought I would at least post it here.

Of course, we use the same Qt4 version.
