Skins2 Plugin has errors when ran through command line

Hello,

I've downloaded the latest stable version of VLC 2.0.6 and have been playing around with skins. When changing to the skins2 plugin through the exe it works fine, but when trying it out on the command line using:

vlc --intf skins, I get the following error

Is that the location theme.xml is truly suppose to be accessed? Because if so, no folder is ever created.

Edit: Previously I tried running skins2 through msys, which would not allow the skins2 plugin to run. When I used cmd it seems to work fine. Is there any reason for this?
I got msys through this link http://people.videolan.org/~jb/msys/msys.7z from the http://wiki.videolan.org/Win32CompileMSYS wiki page.

I uninstalled vlc 2.0.6 and installed 2.0.5 and I'm still getting the same error, could it be an issue with my msys setup?

Reset the config file, for instance run : vlc -I skins --reset-config

You should get the default skin back and any other skins will be available via the popupmenu.

Sadly, I'm still not able to open the skins2 plugin. I was thinking, could the issue be with the file path? It includes a tilda.

C:/Users/RMADUC~1/AppData/Local/Temp\vlt2\default\theme.xml

Edit. That username also doesn't exist.

What do you mean by msys ? Are you compiling your own vlc directly on Windows ? If so, I'm not sure many people have tested skins2 in that context ...
